Lacto Foods is a company based in Vejle, Denmark, and was established in 1999 by managing director Jens Haugstrup. Lacto Foods specializes in supplying dairy ingredients such as cheese, milk fat and protein-based ingredients to primarily the European food industry.
Our main competency relates to imports of dairy products into the EU and we are an appointed reseller for Fonterra cheese in the EU. Lacto Foods has since January 2017 been a subsidiary of Fayrefield Foods A/S.
